The PBAT Door-to-Door Movement, led by High Chief (Dr) Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, successfully organized a solidarity walk in London to welcome President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu during his historic state visit to the United Kingdom on March 19, 2026.

Hon. Sunday Adekanbi Asuku, National Coordinator of the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement, expressed his encouragement by the passion and discipline demonstrated during the solidarity walk. He emphasized that the movement remains committed to taking the message of Renewed Hope from door to door, mobilizing support, and contributing to Nigeria's progress.

The initiative was driven by the movement's commitment to the Renewed Hope agenda and their belief in President Tinubu's transformative leadership. Nigerians in the diaspora came out in large numbers to show their support, united by a shared vision for a stronger and more prosperous Nigeria.

The solidarity walk was more than just a ceremonial welcome; it was a demonstration of the movement's dedication to mobilizing support for President Tinubu's agenda. The event showcased the passion and unity of Nigerians in the diaspora, who are eager to contribute to their country's progress.

President Tinubu's visit to the UK was marked by significant engagements with key leaders, including King Charles III and Prime Minister Keir Starmer. These meetings resulted in a landmark £746 million investment agreement aimed at rehabilitating and modernizing the Apapa and Tin Can Island ports in Lagos.

The investment is expected to strengthen Nigeria-UK relations, enhance trade, and drive economic growth. The PBAT Door-to-Door Movement sees this as a critical step towards unlocking new opportunities for Nigeria and advancing the country's economic development.

The movement's efforts are focused on promoting unity and collective action towards a common goal. By mobilizing Nigerians in the diaspora, the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement is playing a significant role in promoting the country's interests abroad.

The success of the solidarity walk is a testament to the power of grassroots mobilization and the commitment of Nigerians to their country's development. The PBAT Door-to-Door Movement is poised to continue driving support for President Tinubu's agenda and promoting Nigeria's interests globally.

The movement's slogan, "DOOR TO DOOR, EVERY DOOR MATTERS," reflects its commitment to reaching every Nigerian and mobilizing support for the country's progress.

The PBAT Door-to-Door Movement's solidarity walk in London is a clear indication of the growing support for President Tinubu's Renewed Hope agenda, both at home and abroad.
